The Copper Beech Restaurant

The Copper Beech Restaurant located in the Lady Gregory Hotel takes its name from the famous "Autograph Tree" located in the walled garden of the beautiful Coole Park. Relax, unwind and enjoy delicious cuisine in a wonderful ambience.

• Breakfast is available in our popular Galway Restaurant Monday to Friday 7.30am to 11.am and Weekends/Bank Holidays 8.00am to 11.00am

• Lunch is available in our Restaurant in Galway on a Sunday between 1pm and 3.00pm

• Dinner - A La Carte Menu is served in the Copper Beech Restaurant on Friday and Saturday Nights from 6pm to 9pm. Table D'Hote Menu is also available and ideal for Group Bookings. Prices vary from €25.00 to €35.00  

• Special Lunch Menus are available catering for Christening, First Holy Communion, Confirmation and any other special day you might have

Jack B Yeats Bar

The Jack B Yeats Bar is named after Jack B Yeats the renowned famous Irish Artist and Brother of W.B Yeats and the portrait of the man himself hangs in the bar. The Jack B Yeats Bistro Bar is the perfect choice for those feeling peckish, those wanting a more substantial meal or just for those who want to relax with a quiet drink. Our popular bar boasts nightly entertainment regularly. The Jack B Yeats Bar is a perfect example of a traditional Irish pub, with its vaulted ceiling, old Redbrick arches and split seating levels creating the perfect ambience for a dining experience perfect day/night

• Carvery Lunch is available Monday to Saturday 12.30pm to 3.00pm and Sunday & Bank Holidays 1.00pm to 4.00p. Enquire about our Carvey Lunch Loyalty Card from staff.
