Swimming Pool

The Swan Leisure Centre boasts an 18 Metre Deck Level Pool complete with a Geyser pool and hydrotherapy relaxation section. There is a seperate Children's Pool & JacuzziGym. The Swan Leisure Centre offers a hydro and thermal relaxing experience and leaves one feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Herb Sauna

The softer climate is enhanced by the presence of complimentary fragrances provided automatically. Essences can be changed to suit the season with examples such as country camomile for spring, summer eucalyptus, herbs of provence for autumn and mountain herbs for winter.

Floral Steam Room

Steam saturated warm air with a relaxing floral fragrance and light therapy will promote circulation, cleanse and tone the skin in a memorable experience. The fragrance can be changed to suit the season and promote new stimulus. Floral essences such as citrus blossom for the spring, summer rose, passion flower for autumn and jasmine blooms for winter.

Crystal Steam Room

Dream fragrance fills the room through the feature steam diffuser. The gentle, stimulating effect of warm, humid air, relaxing fragrance and light therapy will promote circulation, cleanse and tone the skin in a memorable experience.

The fragrance can also be changed to suit the season. Dream fragrances such as Azur for the spring, Caribbean for the summer, Krauter provence for the autumn and Mentaco for the winter.

Salt Grotto

The unique salt grotto has radiant heating in the walls, floor and seating alcoves provided by low pressure hot water heating tubes with fragrances such as eucalyptus mint. The effect is a warm, comfortable inhalation room, excellent for breathing aliments such as asthma and general wellbeing.

Health Shower

The Health Shower offers three showering experiences - 2 warm and 1 cool with light effect.

Gymnasium

The Technogym equipped gymnasium is state of the art and offers a full range of cardiovascular, strength and reistance machines, stability balls and a free weights section which are user friendly and all designed to suit every individual need. Our gym is spacious, bright and fully air conditioned and overlooks the swimming pool. The Swan Leisure Centre boasts a team of friendly, professional staff who are always on hand supervising and available to advise and assist you throughout your workout.

Classes

• Group Swim lessons are available for children and adults from beginners to improvers to advanced swimmers with qualified, experienced teachers.
• Aqua Aerobic Classes are held throughout the week also

Sat/Sun/Bank Holidays 10.00am to 7.00pm

Children are welcome until 7.00pm daily - must be accompanied by an adult

As well as being open to Hotel guests, the Swan Leisure Club operates for Members also.
